Board staff will report to the Board on their review and observations of the CVFPP to date, followed by discussions of the focus topics the Board has identified from public comments received, and ending with a formal presentation by DWR of the Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (DPEIR) and the public process the Board will utilize in the adoption of the CVFPP.
